Once completed and placed, your order is immediately sent to our production facilities so that we may offer you expedient service. Cancellations or changes to orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order. For wrong or defective orders, please contact us so that we can facilitate an exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Rest assured, our staff quality checks all products before shipping.
